Ellyn uses the exercise of writing a letter to one’s younger self as a way for outstanding female business leaders to share their wisdom with other women from their organization.

There are two programs: a Letters To My Younger Self® Seminar and a Letters To My Younger Self® Workshop.

For the LTMYS® Seminar:

• Ellyn works with a panel of three accomplished women handpicked by event organizers to create letters to their younger selves.
• At the event, she speaks about success lessons learned from exceptional women in her books and seminars.
• Each panelist reads her letter aloud.
• Ellyn leads the panel in discussion about the vital wisdom that would have helped these corporate stars earlier in their careers.

For the LTMYS Workshop®:

Ellyn leads a large group of executive women through the process of inspiration, brainstorming and writing their own letters to their younger selves. The 2 – 3 hour program culminates powerfully, with audience members sharing their letters with each other and with the room at large.
