Dear Girlfriend Groups, Book Clubs, Church Groups and Alumni Gatherings,
(Some of my best friends)

One of the coolest things that has happened with the WHAT I KNOW NOW™ Series is that groups of women began reading What I Know Now or If I'd Known Then together, writing their own letters to their younger selves and sharing the letters with each other.

This turns out to be an incredibly powerful experience. Longtime friends often learned surprising new things about each other. Women who may not have known each other particularly well felt bonded together in a completely new and unique way.

Here's how one woman described what happened:

"We began to see each other more deeply. We were transformed by the heartfelt emotion each woman shared. It is hard to peel back the layers of our inner self. It is hard to ask for help. It is difficult to take unwanted advice. In my experience with this exercise, I gained insight into myself, absorbed life-changing ideas, and saw women I thought I knew in an extraordinary new light."

Inspired by these examples, as well as my corporate workshops and seminars, I'd like to celebrate these experiences with you. If you and some of your best friends have written and shared letters to your younger selves, I'd love to see them.

xx
Ellyn
